This is the ultimate collection for the discerning coffee lover. These three different coffee bars boast completely distinct flavors and tasting experiences.
We craft our Good Food Award-winning Special Reserve, Las Palomas bar using our bright and fruity single origin Asochivite cacao from Alta Verapaz, Guatemala and Guatemalan single origin Las Palomas coffee from George Howell coffee. The result is a smooth, bright, intense coffee flavor.
Our El Carmen with Coffee bar features a coffee crunch! We coarsely grind lightly roasted estate beans from El Recreo Coffee in Jinotega, Nicaragua with our deep, earthy El Carmen cacao which is grown nearby. The burst of coffee flavor in each bite are complemented by the intense cocoa notes of the cacao.
Our Cafe con Leche bar is the newest addition to our lineup and just won Silver at the Academy of Chocolate Awards. We start with our Boyaca cacao from Colombia, which has notes of graham cracker and honey, and pair it with lightly roasted Ketiara Coffee from Barrington Coffee Roasters and creamy organic milk powder from Organic West Milk. This bar is a sweet, creamy way to start your day!
As with all our chocolate these bars are crafted using our own freshly pressed single origin cocoa butter, which we press from the same premium beans we use to make our chocolate.
