South America is the birthplace of cacao and this collection contains all three of our South American origins. These bars are crafted using only fine flavor single origin cacao beans we sourced personally on our travels to Peru, Ecuador and Colombia, organic sugar, and our own freshly pressed single origin cocoa butter - but they boast very different flavors.
