Our Gold Winners Collection contains six of our gold-winning single origin craft chocolate bars!
These bars have all been recognized with Gold by the most respected organizations in the world of chocolate. This collection features three of our Signature Line single origin bars and three Special Reserve, so it's a perfect way to get a sense of incredible single origin flavor and also how our pairings with local businesses Boston Harbor Distillery and George Howell Coffee affect those flavors.
A unique tasting note is that the Putnam Rye Whiskey and Lawley's Rum bars are made with the same beans from Ecuador we use in our Esmeraldas bar, so you can taste how the flavors of the rum and whiskey affect the experience of the berry jam/cabernet grape flavors in the Esmeraldas. This collection is a great way to introduce someone to the joys of single origin chocolate, and also an excellent choice for the seasoned single origin chocolate connoisseur.

These bars are crafted using fine flavor single origin cacao beans we sourced personally on our travels throughout Latin America, organic sugar, and our own freshly pressed single origin cocoa butter.
