Single origin cacao from Nicaragua, Guatemala & Mexico
Central America is known for its diverse varieties of fine flavor cacao and this collection contains all three of our Central America origins. These bars are crafted using only fine flavor single origin cacao beans we sourced personally on our travels to Nicaragua, Guatemala and Mexico, organic sugar, and our own freshly pressed single origin cocoa butter - but they boast very different flavors.

PS: Although Mexico isn't technically in Central America the cacao beans we get from farmer Vicente Cacep in Tabasco, Mexico are a great addition to the flavors in this collection!
