Wrapping is, however, too crispy and I am not a fan to touch it or open it, I hope wrapping would be different in their choco bars

when I first learned about dark chocolate. At 77% for each bar, the balance between the sweetness of the sugar with bitterness of the cacao is perfect. It's hard to believe you are eating dark chocolate. Purchasing from Goodnow Farms allows me to support a small business in neighboring Massachusetts. And, if you buy this bundle you even get a small discount which doesn't hurt in today's economy. Great job Goodnow.

All my favorite 77% dark chocolates together, with a discount of $1 per bar - what's not to love? Each has a distinctive taste, but they are all equally delicious and fresh. (And truthfully I can get a little out of control eating the Almendra Blanca, so it's good to mix it up with the other flavors.) All Goodnow Farms chocolates are super fresh and shipped quickly. (And if you are local to the Boston area and get a chance to tour their facility, RUN to do it - so cool!)

And we had a lot of fun comparing the very different flavors and trying (and failing) to decide which one is our favorite. I gave gift packs to my two brothers who also took delight in trying the chocolate. Though my family name is Goodnow, I have no connection with the chocolate makers.

Regularly order this 3 pack of the Signature Line chocolates sourced from Central America. All three (Nicaragua, Guatemala & Mexico) are consistently excellent and I've been ordering this collection regularly.

I like the convenience of the Central America Collection. The Mexico bar is probably my favorite out of the 3, but all are great.

Absolutely lovely collection of dark chocolates. All three of them are made with super high cocoa content, which really increases their complexity, individuality and richness. My favorite chocolate bars.

We loved them all but the Guatemala was our favorite! Truly miles above every other chocolate we've tried. We are hoping to come for a tour sometime.

I am a monster fan of Colombia and Nicaragua bars from Goodnow and so I thought to try the Central America set so I could compare the Mexico and Guatemala bars directly to the Nicaragua. The Guatemala was extremely appealing, and the Mexico was good, but neither toppled the flavors of warm notes of caramel and toasted marshmallow of my two favorites. The quality of the craftsmanship of the bars from Goodnow Farms is outstanding - you can taste it.

I love, love, love Goodnow Farms single origin chocolate bars. Excellent snap, meltiness, and flavor.

I am a diabetic, so chocolate is a rare treat. My daughter gave me a gift certificate to your chocolate for my birthday, and I immediately ordered a selection. So far, all my ‘nibbles’ have been wonderful!

From this set Guatemala really stood out, Mexico was rather good, but I did not like Nicaragua, it was a bit too harsh in flavor. The South America set is far better, I recommend buying that one. Overall, Goodnow is the best craft chocolate company in the US, i can't sing their praises enough! :)

The best chocolate I have had in a long time. The right balance of flavors. I love dark chocolate and the complexity and purity of the bite is amazing.

I discovered Goodnow Farms chocolate in a grocery store and was hesitant because the bar costs more than average. I eagerly took my first bite and within five minutes I had ordered six bars online. I love this chocolate, the ingredients are pure and the company is ethical and intelligent.

I love the brown butter chocolate a lot. It s smooth and velvety with a tint of sweetness and not so bitter. I wish I can cut it in a neat and uniform pieces.

This chocolate deserves all the praise and prizes it receives, it is sublime. I try all sorts of high end chocolate, I also make my own, essentially, I am a huge fan of high quality cacao. Goodnow is among the best I have ever tasted, maybe the best of all, with distinct flavors that linger on the tongue.
As for the company itself, I'd like to see them become a certified B corp, I always seek companies that are doing it right - value driven, with the right values driving the mission. They certainly seem motivated to center flavor and quality!

All the awards received for a reason. Goodnow Farms Chocolate bars match all most important characteristics of highest quality chocolate: 1. Good quality chocolate snaps in a delightfully clean, crisp break. 2.Good quality chocolate has a dominating and rich cocoa smell. 3. A nice glossy, smooth finish means your chocolate was made by masters. The last and the most important is a taste: bucket of delightful notes: Fruit, Hazelnut, Caramel, Fig. My personal favorite is Guatemala ( From this set) and Peru.
