This is a unique way to truly get a sense of the remarkable flavors, and flavor differences, in single origin chocolate. The 100% bar is made with the same beans from Peru that we use in our 70% Ucayali bar, so comparing the two side by side allows you to taste the way flavor is affected by sugar. And the Putnam Rye Whiskey bar is made with the same beans from Ecuador we use in our Esmeraldas bar, so you can taste how the complex flavors and sweetness of the rye change the experience of the berry jam/cabernet grape flavors in the Esmeraldas. It’s a great choice for the dark chocolate connoisseur or just a fun night of chocolate tasting!

This collection is a delicious chocolate adventure. My favorite is Ucayli from Peru, but they are all good and contain wonderfully complex flavors. The Putnam Rye Whiskey bar makes a nice after dinner treat.
