I felt that each bar offered something uniquely positive.

When I realized how much it cost my first thought was that it had better be good. Well, it was excellent so I bought the whole set!

It was wonderful to enjoy 6 singles origin chocolates with unique flavors, smooth and delicious. In my opinion while all chocolates have a distinct flavor none are overly bright. When I say overly bright I mean that sometimes in both chocolate and coffee things go too far. I love and want diversity in flavor but have had chocolate that is disappointing because it lacks that warmth and comfort I seek from chocolate because of it overly bright flavor often in addition to poor texture. All of the chocolate from GoodNow Farm that I have tried has impressed me. My husband and I have ordered award winning chocolates made from all over the world and are very excited to have found such an outstanding chocolatier “relatively” close to home. Please keep it up!!!! Thank You

So, I decided to that more was better and ordered the entire Signature Line and meant to add in the second Esmeraldas to the order. Unfortunately, in what must have been a "senior moment," I ordered an additional Almendra Blanca. Needless to say, my son forgave my error with grace and chocolate covered lips!

It's hard to choose the one I like the best!

smooth and rich flavors. within the signature line, i definitely have my favorites, but each one is delicious. for me the best way to enjoy each bar is to take small pieces and let the chocolate melt in my mouth. place it on my tongue and gently rubbing the chocolate on the roof of my mouth. it is the best way to enjoy and savor the sensation of the chocolate melting slowly.

Really interesting. Loved it goes without saying - incredible chocolate. They all had really subtle (to us) differences in taste. Could certainly taste differences, but so subtle I doubt we could identify them blind. Some darker tan others, some harder, melted less in mouth than others, some tastier (to us) than others. But whatever you say about them, all great. Although pricey for a chocolate bar, well worth it if you want to be eating great chocolate. And don’t have to eat much to satisfy a craving. Also love supporting a local mom and pop. Will be back for more when the need for chocolate arises (won’t be for awhile - even with several friends tasting, will take time to get through these - really takes just a small piece to be satisfied)

This collection is my favorite thing I own. And repurchase every 3 months. I love closing my eyes and letting the different flavors layers slowly melt onto my tongue.
And interesting fact a small piece of dark chocolate every morning can actually help you with your weight loss goals. Because it can help you feel more satisfied throughout the day. Just in case you needed another reason to give yourself permission to buy exquisite chocolate.

I am very picky. And I have been ordering this collection for years now. Nothing else measures up. You can’t go wrong here if you care about well made chocolate and a company that cares about its sourcing.

Food to me is an experience. Goodnowfarms brings a new experience to chocolate that I have never had before. You can taste the difference as you let the chocolate dazzel your taste buds. To me its like drinking great coffee, you know it when you have it.

I have sampled chocolates from many places around the world - and have found Goodnow to have the best bar none. Their commitment to using cocoa butter from their beans makes a huge difference to flavor and texture.

Very interesting to taste the differences between them. I'm not an expert, some were similar to me, but others were quite distinct. All were delicious.

Goodnow chocolate is hands down the best for those of us who enjoy truly fine chocolate - their use of the cocoa butter from the same bean sets make an astounding difference is texture and taste.

I have been giving Goodnow chocolate as gifts since December and everyone who tastes it just raves about it. “By far the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted” is the comment that keeps coming up. It’s my go-to gift, and my favorite special treat!

Texture is everything to me and Goodnow Farms chocolate is so wonderfully smooth -- I just haven't found that in your usual commercial chocolate. I never used to like dark chocolate -- it was just bitterness with a nice chocolate smell and only good for cooking. But Goodnow chocolate is flavor integrated into the bitter -- citris, berry, other flavors I still haven't figured out. Ordinary milk chocolate is just candy now (though Goodnow's milk chocolate has the same complexity of taste as the darker bars). It's a shame that the weather is only reliably cool enough where I live maybe 4 months out of the years for me to get Goodnow's through the mail, but it certainly brightens up the holidays.

I am savoring the Ecuadorian chocolate- a real treat.
Have experienced the Peruvian and Mexican chocolate before I bought the whole package. Both are delightful. It will take me a while to savor the whole package-a small amount goes a long way for me, as I have my chocolate "meditation" every day. I will share some as gifts with special people! Thank you!

This chocolate is so rich and wonderful. I have given some of the Signature Line away to special friends, reluctantly, but will just order more. ( I mean I couldn't eat ALL of them, however tempted to do so.) My friends were impressed. My personal favorite is Nicaragua/77%. A very satisfying choice.

I thought I knew good chocolate, and then I found Goodnow Farms! Tom and Monica have introduced me to a whole new world - the flavors are rich, luscious, and subtle. I appreciate the love and care that go into each bar.
