The bright, fruity flavors of our Asochivite bar are perfectly complemented by the addition of maple sugar sourced locally from Severance Maple in Northfield, MA.

May contain trace amounts of peanuts and tree nuts.
Sadly, I did not try their Asochivite Guatemala 77%. Therefore, I have no basis for comparison but this inclusion is good.
Needless to say, the chocolate bar looks perfect, and it is well tempered. The texture is smooth and creamy.
On the palate, the maple sugar flavor is straightforward delivering its characteristic
sweet caramelized nuttiness. Following, you can detect tropical fruitiness such as creamy mango, sour yet floral white peach, green banana subtle "unripe" sweetness
The distinctive quality of this tasting experience is the MYRCENE presence on the nose and on the palate.
Myrcene is a terpene that gives to cannabis a mild sweet flavor profile that you can find in mangoes, too. In this case, the charming herbaceous aroma is immediate with musky softness followed by a slight earthy bitterness and a light touch of vanilla.

I love, love this bar as it has a Taste that invites you in to a point that you want the flavor to last forever!! I also love that on our Tour that I got to have one of the taste samples,& I just wish that WE your followers could be able to purchase them as well as I thoroughly enjoyed that little morsel!!!!!
I think maple sugar is probably the best sweetener for good chocolate. I highly recommend this bar.
