Indulge your love of chocolate with a collection of all our Signature Line and Inclusion Line bars!
All of our chocolate is crafted using only fine flavor, single origin cacao beans we source personally during our travels throughout Latin America. Our Signature Line bars are made using only these cacao beans, organic sugar and our own freshly pressed cocoa butter, pressed from the same premium beans we use to make our bars. The result is true single origin flavor. The flavors in each bar reflect the genetics of the cacao beans, the terroir of the region, how the beans were fermented and dried, and our unique and personal approach to chocolate making.
Our Inclusion bars pair the complementary flavors of almonds, maple sugar and coffee with our Mexico, Guatemala and Nicaragua origins. As with our cacao beans we source each inclusion with care. Our maple sugar is sourced locally from Severance Maple in Northfield, MA. The coffee in our coffee bar is from local roaster El Recreo Coffee, who source their coffee from their family owned farm in Jinotega, Nicaragua – which is located only a short drive from where we source our cacao beans for this bar. The almonds are from Burroughs Family Farm in Denair, CA, a leader in sustainable farming practices.
