“Meet Your Chocolate Maker” at Trillium Brewing

This very special event is hosted by the Fine Cacao and Chocolate Institute. The producer of the Peruvian cacao we use in our Ucayali 70% Bar will be there and in additional to our bars there will also be samples of bars from other craft makers using the same cacao. It’s a unique chance to taste how different makers interpret and express the different flavors within a bean. The event will be held at Trillium Brewing’s new Canton location and will include suggestions for chocolate and beer pairings!
