Visit our chocolate factory! Learn about how we source our beans and see each step of our chocolate making process, including roasting, grinding, pressing and molding. Tours last approximately one hour and include the factory tour as well as a tasting of cacao beans and three different bars, as well as a complimentary Signature Line bar of your choice. The Academy of Chocolate recently announced their 2020 Awards and we won 12 awards, including 3 gold! They receive thousands of submissions from chocolate makers around the world and we’re very proud to receive so many honors. The Academy aims to improve the standard and knowledge of chocolate by promoting an understanding of the chocolate ingredients and the complete cacao supply chain. Each year the International Chocolate Awards holds regional competitions, and we were honored with several awards in the Americas region. Regional winners are eligible for the World Finals, in which the best bars from around the world compete for top honors. We’re very proud to announce our Esmeraldas bar won Gold for Best Dark Chocolate at last week’s Northwest Chocolate Festival! This incredible bean from the Salazar family farm in the Esmeraldas region of Ecuador is some of the most flavorful cacao we’ve ever come across. Try the gold winner today!
